Matt and Tonette Dahms Award for Vocational Excellence

Created in 2021 by the Dahms, this award is for Columbia City High School and Whitko High School seniors who intend to pursue a career in construction or machining.

The award may be used for tuition, tools and/or equipment related to a job in construction or machining. 

It is given to high school graduates who are team players, have demonstrated a strong work ethic, are responsible, pay attention to details and are involved in extracurricular activities. Applications must have a minimum GPA of 2.0.   

A teacher recommendation is required. The instructor must be a current instructor. Please download the teacher evaluation form. Have the teacher fill it out and send to the community founadation via mail or email at cfwhitleyscholarships@cfwhitley.org by April 15th.
